css=\u00bb.vc_custom_1621624803350{padding-top: 25px !important;}\u00bb][vc_column_text css=\u00bb.vc_custom_1636554558525{padding-top: 40px !important;}\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h2>Deberes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cumplir y respetar las normas institucionales y las instrucciones proporcionadas por el equipo de profesionales de la Cl\u00ednica San Mart\u00edn Barranquilla.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tratar con dignidad y respeto al personal que est\u00e1 a su servicio, adem\u00e1s de respetar la intimidad de los dem\u00e1s usuarios.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuidar y hacer uso racional de los recursos, las instalaciones, la dotaci\u00f3n y dem\u00e1s servicios que la Cl\u00ednica San Mart\u00edn Barranquilla tiene disponible para usted.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suministrar informaci\u00f3n oportuna, clara, veraz y completa sobre su estado de salud para que la instituci\u00f3n pueda brindarle el cuidado apropiado y pertinente.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Informarse sobre los procedimientos, mediante el formato \u00abConsentimiento informado\u00bb y expresar su aprobaci\u00f3n mediante la firma de \u00e9ste; as\u00ed como a recibir la mejor asistencia m\u00e9dica disponible, durante todo el proceso de la enfermedad.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Derecho a disfrutar de una comunicaci\u00f3n plena y clara con el m\u00e9dico tratante.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Derecho a recibir un trato digno, respetando sus creencias y costumbres, as\u00ed como las opiniones personales que tenga sobre la enfermedad que sufre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Derecho a que todos los informes de la historia cl\u00ednica sean tratados de manera confidencial y secreta, y que s\u00f3lo con autorizaci\u00f3n puedan ser conocidos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Derecho a revisar y recibir las explicaciones acerca de los costos por los servicios obtenidos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Derecho a recibir o rechazar apoyo espiritual o moral cualquiera que sea el culto religioso que profesa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Derecho a que se respete la voluntad de participar o no en investigaciones.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Derecho a que se le respete la voluntad de donar o no sus \u00f3rganos para que estos sean trasplantados a otros pacientes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Derecho a morir con dignidad y a que se le respete su voluntad de permitir que el proceso de muerte siga su curso natural en la fase terminal de su enfermedad.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Derecho a ser escuchado y obtener respuestas a sus reclamos e inquietudes;
